Living Healthy does not mean you have to only eat fruit and vegies and life on water, and do exercise everyday.
LIVING HEALTHY is about ensuring that you have 6+ a day of Carbs, 2+ a day of Fruit, 3+ a day of Vegies, 2-3 a day of Milk Products, 1+ a day of Protein, 8 glasses of water or other liquid (Not Alcohol) and small amounts of nuts, seeds and fats.
Ensuring you get some sort of exercise at least 2-3 times a week is a good way to not only keep fit, but all free your mind and body, it enables you to be able to feel free and not worry about what you need to do, just enjoy the fresh air and embrace it. If you don’t like doing exercise by yourself then grab a couple of friends and make it a once a week activity that you do.
If you are a mother than you may think that you get enough exercise as it is running around after your children all day, yes this is the case mothers have plenty of exercise throughout the day ensuring their children and their house is well presented and looked after, however going out for a 10min or 15min walk around the block may just be what you need as a bit of relaxation with no kids hounding at you wanting something or you spotting something else that needs to be done around the house. This is an excellent way to free up your mind a little bit.
If you are more of a person who doesn’t have the best motivation skills like me than maybe signing yourself up to an event could be a great way to boost your motivation and encourage you more to get out there.
Hopefully this is a good little start to starting your guide to living healthy.
